Cara Delevingne is stripping down for another good cause. September marks Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month in the UK, and the model-actress is appearing in the Lady Garden campaign. British women, including Cara’s Sister Chloe, are behind the project which aims to bring discussion to the “silent killer” of cancers due to its lack of symptoms. In the campaign, Cara wears the Lady Garden hoodie in black and grey. The hoodies as well as joggers will be available at Topshop starting on September 8th.

In a behind the scenes video, Cara talks about the importance behind this campaign. “I first became involved when my sister, Chloe, had a bit of a scare with a pre-cancerous cell,” the model reveals. “She was very brave and spoke about it. It takes a lot of courage to talk about things like this. I think women need to be braver about it because otherwise people can be affected.”

THE HOUSE OF HOLLAND MODEL TEES THAT ALYSSA AND TYLER WILL WEAR WITH PRIDE

It's honestly hard for me to believe that it's been 10 whole years since Henry Holland debuted his slightly NSFW fall 2007 collection, consisting mainly of T-shirts proclaiming his love for his favorite models and "It" Brit friends. A few examples? "Flick Yer Bean For Agyness Deyn;" "Give Us a Blow Daisy Lowe;" and the still classic, "Wham Bam Thank You Stam." (I suggest you take a look back at the runway images, too, which feature a baby Behati Prinsloo and one of my all-time favorites, Iekeliene Stange.) Now, the designer is back with an anniversary collection of tees fit for the Instagirl generation, with versions paying homage to such ladies as Karlie Kloss, Kendall Jenner and — my personal favorite — Miss Bella Hadid. Now not only can I have photos of her plastered all over the wall beside my desk, I can literally wear my affection for her on my chest. Heart you, Bells! —Alyssa Vingan Klein

I was in college when this trend hit, and oh boy, did it hit hard — I think I had some pseudo-emo band tee with a similar font and color scheme. This tee appeals to both my millennial love of nostalgia and my unfailing love for all things Cara Delevingne. I mean, can you think of anyone who would be more fun to get obscene with (in a party way, duh) than her? —Tyler McCall

3 Fall Looks for Fun September Holidays

Fashion

Today, we continue our series of outfits inspired by fun, lesser-known holidays. If you, like me, enjoy delighting friends and coworkers with fun little nuggets of information, like what the tiny desert frog's war cry sounds like, then you'll appreciate this series of posts inspired by obscure days celebrated in each month.

Read on to find out how you can celebrate obscure holidays in September with chic and affordable fashion.

Sept 2: National College Color Day -

Products: Bomber Jacket | Shirt | Jeans | Sneakers | Cap

Sport your school colors at homecoming in style! Wear a college tee with some distressed jeans, and add a bomber jacket for a pop of color and school spirit. Lace up some white canvas sneakers and put on a baseball cap for a laid-back, athletic vibe. Now buy some chili cheese hot dogs and popcorn (the best part of sporting events) at the first football game of the season, and cheer for the home team!

Sept 25: National Felt Hat Day -

Products: Hat | Dress | Purse | Shoes

Felt hats were popular in the late 1800s to 1900s, playing a role in differentiating geographic regions and social classes. While the top hat was mostly worn in the city, felt hats were worn in western states and also in the rural areas. Even businessmen changed their fancy silk top hats to the lovable felt hat when visiting the countryside (kinda like how we crave wearing those floppy straw hats much more when we’re on vacation).

In England, bowler and derby hats started blurring these hat-defined social statuses when workers said, “I do what I want,” and started wearing their bowler hats both at work and in their off-time. Felt hats became the all-day-errday hat, and top hats were reserved for fancy occasions. The most confident and fashionable men even refused to take off their hats during the day even when they removed their coats and bowties – talk about a commitment to your aesthetic!

This look is perfect for taking strolls in the countryside like they did in the past, or for simply going for a walk downtown. Celebrate the rich history of felt hats by wearing this fawn colored hat lined with a black brim and a small black bow, and pair it with this long-sleeve floral dress for breezier days. Accessorize with a blush crossbody purse and matching suede mules to bring out the pink in the flowers of the dress, and take time to smell the flowers along your stroll!

Sept 26: National Pancake Day -

Products: Jacket | Graphic t-shirt | Skirt | Shoes

Pancakes have been a favorite for a long time, and I mean a long time. Remains of Otzi the Iceman from 5,300 years ago were found with the early pancake, circular flattened wheat cooked over a fire, and the Greeks and Romans liked to eat their pancakes with honey. In Queen Elizabeth I’s reign, people added a twist of flavor with “spices, rosewater, sherry, and apples.” Yum! Pancakes were a popular meal before Lent because the recipe would use up eggs, milk, and butter, which is super efficient for clearing your perishable pantry items before your fast. Another fun fact: have you heard the phrase “flatter than a pancake”? Well some comical geographers compared the flat profile of a pancake to the topography of Kansas, and their calculations showed that Kansas was actually flatter than our favorite brunch food. Now that’s flat-out crazy.
