Intimissimi Lingerie Spring 2015 Campaign

Fashion

Israeli fashion model Shiloh Malka is the face of the Intimissimi lingerie spring 2015 campaign. Born to a Morrocan Jewish family, the gorgeous woman has appeared in major international campaigns, including that for Ralph Lauren, L’Oreal, Toshiba, Deep Sea Cosmetics and so much more. She is also a corporal in the Israeli Defense Force, enjoying the double jobs she holds well enough. Malka’s killer looks go very well with the pretty lace, sheer pieces, and sexy garters. The whole of the Intimissimi spring 2015 collection is soft, sexy, chic and sophisticated, all in one.

Intimissimi Lingerie Spring 2015 Campaign

Italian Lingerie brand Intimissimi, part of the successful Caldezonia S.p.A. Group, has a global franchise of some of the loveliest pieces of lingerie available in Europe. It focuses on stylish designs, comfort and the world of emotions that are conjured by seeing and wearing each piece. Created in 1996, it has since become a leader in lingerie design, keeping things simple and refined, without an excessive or aggressive undertone. Intimissimi begets romance and inspires the imagination, which in itself, along with the high-quality of its items, has won loyal customers to the brand world round. This is the lingerie brand, which suits the modern woman well, keeping to the latest tastes and trends in the fashion industry.

The lace shirts are enough to get the blood pumping and the imagination brewing. A lace shirt that grazes the tops of the thighs, capitalizes on the floral trends this season and allows for a more demure or even wildly sexy look, depending on how many of the buttons you do up certainly catches one’s attention fully. Underneath you have the matching nude bra and panty set, complete with the white lace trimmings that have the whole of the outfit blending in together and enticing the senses fully.

The Deep V frontal clasp triangle bra in black lace and pretty trimmings in the same black color looks amazing on the model and would look just as perfect on any one of us. It shows off just a but of cleavage, then allows for sheer lace to show off most of the inner sides of the breasts, before using embroidered black lace to cover up the nipples and the rest of the bust. It is a very comfortable design that allows for a seamless movement between garment and skin, without pulling in at any point. A frontal clasp on the garter with its double bands makes it easier to wear and even easier to dispose of when necessary. The triangular lace of the garters is just lovely and the matching panties underneath add to the mystery the whole of the outfit holds.

Those lace garters look equally as amazing in white, with the strapless bra replacing the triangular one of the black lace and the panties made into a thong with a thicker siding for added comfort on the hip area. The thigh-high stockings are lovely in either color, though it may even work to be replaced with stay-up stockings, removing the need for the garters themselves and focusing instead on the bra and panty sets.

Emily DiDonato for SuiteBlanco Spring/Summer 2015 Campaign

Fashion

The SuiteBlanco spring/summer 2015 campaign features American model Emily DiDonato as its new face, just as she also manages to sizzle in the new Calzedonia campaign released but a few days ago. She’s even taken on the world of beauty with a feature in Vogue Paris! When it comes to SuiteBlanco, she looks positively stunning with her brunette hair pulled back in a strict manner and her piercing blue eyes smiling at the camera warmly. The SuiteBlanco spring/summer 2015 line is inspired by a safari theme, with casual khakis and army greens a staple among the collection, while simple white t-shirts ensures a timeless property is kept along the way.

Emily DiDonato for SuiteBlanco Spring/Summer 2015 Campaign

We love seeing the new SuiteBlanco in the fashion world and certainly look forward to each and every season’s campaign. The Spanish company specializing in the designs, production, distribution and marketing all about a modern woman’s garments and accessories, knows how to make dreams come true, at least in terms of serving the female populace with spectacular new designs that will bewilder and amuse her to no end. Innovation is in constant demand and SuiteBlanco caters to its customers well. The focus is on maximum trending styles with the minimum amount of money spent for quality production. The SuiteBlanco designs bring out the free spirit in a woman, allowing her to feel as if she is embarking on a dream journey, with each outfit giving her the peace that only quality attained at fair pricing could achieve. With stores in 23 different countries, this is one brand label that finds a lot of love the world over.

Since spring still requires the use of light coats or jackets, it does well to mention the gorgeous belted piece with the large lapels dipping down to the navel and its shorter hem, while also stressing the fact that it is probably one of the best spring jackets seen across all the ready-to-wear fashion lines yet. It has a soft creamy coloring, looks amazing for something to wear on a safari trip wherein there is no threat of getting it dirty and pairs amazingly well with white shorts and a lacy white top.

A simple army green shirtdress looks pretty comfortable from where we are standing! The double breasted soft shirt with the rolled up sleeve and the buttons down to the navel reminds us of something a woman would be wearing after a night spent in the army camp, but then again, that certainly adds to the whole of the sex appeal. Add the fact that you can keep the buttons undone to right past the bust area and you officially find yourself trendy with all the rest of them. The plunging necklines are a big hit these days! Add a pretty little suede handbag, throw on a golden bangle around the wrist and pull your hair back into a strict bun; now you are certainly ready to face the world.

If you are looking for a more evening style dress from the latest SuiteBlanco spring 2015 line, then there is one particular white number that would suit you well. The V-neck slip design of that simple dress looks heavenly, while the mini hem certainly lends to it a sexier feel. Add gold cuffs to the whole of the look and it is one chic and sophisticated dress that you will be hard-pressed to find a replacement for.

La Perla Atelier Couture Spring/Summer 2015 Collection

Fashion

It’s rare to see lingerie and sportswear in the same collection, but it appears that the Bolognese luxury lingerie brand known as La Perla to the world is doing just that with the newest La Perla Atelier Couture spring/summer 2015 collection. The 1954 creation of Italian corset-maker Ada Masotti, the brand has certainly expanded over the years to include nightwear, beachwear, women’s clothing, accessories and perfume. Imagine those first pieces by Masotti transported in small velvet-lined suitcases, creating the aura of a luxurious purchase with its presentation alone. Well known for its innovative launch of the “Brassiere-Bretelle” design that was worn by Rebecca Romjin in Femme Fatale, a new era of fashion has been entered by La Perla and we are definitely enjoying the label’s place in the haute couture world.

La Perla Atelier Couture Spring/Summer 2015 Collection

The whole of the La Perla Atelier Couture spring/summer 2015 collection show included unprecedented event after event, from the marrying of lingerie and sportswear to the closing of the show with Naomi Campbell. Creative director Emilio Rinaldi has definitely had the fashion world buzzing, with his designs boding well for the company as it moves on after celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2014. We’re seeing hooded silk satin robes and basketball shorts with lacing and gold threading. We’ve got bodysuits and bras with suspenders worn over ribbed silk t-shirts. Stockings feature crystals while feathers and embroidery play a key role in the line, with transparent fabrics quite prominent across the board. The La Perla Atelier collection is expected to become an annual staple in Paris from now on!

There is something entirely too enticing about some of these looks as we enjoy lingerie pieces stacked over sheer versions. The transparency of the long sleeved crop top underneath the sexy triangle bra with an under-bust band in a criss-crossed design and the sheer version of a high waist white satin trimmed panty shaping underneath the bra’s batching thong are definitely impressive.

It’s rather intriguing to present yourself as a boxing champion of a sexy attired bride on your wedding night, but the sheer jumpsuit speaks volumes to this end. There’s something rather Arabian style about the puffing of the sheer legs of those pants with the boxer short style look underneath, while the top of the ensemble appears as sexy as can be with white beading and embroidery over sheer long sleeved crop top. Needless to say, the look is breathtaking.

Combine red lacing and embroidery with a matching red bustier, complete with garters and thigh-high stockings that are cut off at the ankles and give way to strappy studded gold and silver platform heels. The waist is cinched with a belt, while the red certainly does much to recommend itself as one of the loveliest colors to have your lingerie made in.

Styled as a boxer’s robe meet royal wardrobe, the incredibly stunning satin nightgown has one left panting in its wake. It is one of the most incredible La Perla pieces yet, with golden threading in embroidery along the hood and body hugging material, this number appears to be one only a goddess could have spun for herself. Of course, you can enjoy feeling like the heavenly apparition you are, a lady of the night or princess of the bright full moon.

Chanel Couture Spring/Summer 2015 Collection

Fashion

Unveiling his Chanel Couture spring/summer 2015 collection, Karl Lagerfeld once again managed to make the audience swoon with the drop-dead gorgeous designs showcased and the beautiful backdrop created. It’s a collection where traditional Chanel staples collide with modern elements and shapes, which turns each and every piece presented into a real work of art that we want to own so much!

Chanel Couture Spring/Summer 2015 Collection

Chanel, the brainchild of the illustrious Coco Chanel, is one French fashion house that’s hard to compete with. Specializing in haute couture and ready-to-wear designs, alongside luxury goods and fashion accessories, the brand boasts a whopping 6+ billion EUR revenue and has become the personification of many an actress and model, including Vanessa Paradis, Nicole Kidman, Keira Knightley and Marilyn Monroe! It’s no wonder that we are currently watching the fashion show take place with bright anticipation shining in our eyes. We are all in love with the amazing Chanel, with its signature little black dress, the Chanel No 5 perfume and those impeccably stylish suits.

Of course, the first pieces of the Chanel Couture spring/summer 2015 collection are suits, gorgeous orange, cobalt blue and sunflower yellow hues that really embody the spring season. The whole of the catwalk is made to look like a blooming wonderland, transitioning from the winter into the warmer weathers of spring. The shorter midi skirts are a bold move to recreate the typical Chanel suit it has been known for, while the tweed fabric is still as much a statement for the brand as always. The whole of the series tends to focus on either suits with matching woollen bottoms or suit jackets paired with wide A-lined skirts. The trends tend to keep the hemline at a midi level, either above or below the knee, while a few pieces do tend to reach the floor. No dress or suit is seen with a mini hem. We do see some fringe appear, while many of the ensembles feature bared midriffs. We do see some see through material, as well as a lot of Chanel’s signature tweed line. The colors generally seem to range in the realm of cream, white and black, while blue, yellow, orange, pink, green and red do pop their heads. Primary colors seem to be the thing here for the most part, while keeping to a rather interesting mindset of seeing winter transition into spring. There’s very little summer apparent in the collection, overall.

It might do well to mention the boots and the headwear showcased throughout the Chanel Couture spring/summer 2015 collection show as well. There’s something rather masculine about the way the models’ feet are clad in low heeled leather half boots that have neither embellishment nor feminine appeal. They are utilitarian and somehow speak about comfort over impressive style. While the footwear remains non-attractive, the amazing array of hats certainly catches the attention and holds on tight. Those wide brimmed straw hats with their tulle weaving giving it a chic appeal certainly go well with those amazing suits, while knit headwear also becomes a focus, what with the half veils semi-hiding the eyes and nose from view. We can clearly see that each piece placed on the head is meant to balance out the strength in the red on the lips that’s so very captivating and adds sensuality to the more European based designs. Mesh veils cover the eyes of most models as they appear on stage to present latest in trendsetting looks. Feathers, flowers, fuzzy spikes and all form of embellishments adorn the hats we see while the tulles used on so many come in black, white, and purple hues.

The Chanel Couture spring/summer 2015 collection show has definitely been one fun event to watch and the designs are sure to be seen on the red carpet soon enough!

Atelier Versace Couture Spring/Summer 2015 Collection

Fashion

We are almost positive we have died and reached fashion heaven; at least where Versace is concerned. Those pieces that were worn as the gorgeous models glided down the catwalk for the Atelier Versace Couture spring/summer 2015 collection were positively dazzling, in reds, blues, whites and black sequined designs.

Atelier Versace Couture Spring/Summer 2015 Collection

The pieces that Donatella Versace began the show with were highly glamorous, accentuating the curves of the body by keeping things rated below the X-level but still showing off enough skin to tantalize the senses and truly drive one mad. The dresses were all long, form-fitting and with waving cut-outs that showed off peels of skin. It’s as if the whole inspiration was brought about by use of a lemon zester. The message is simple; there’s a certain encouragement in developing confidence in one’s own sensuality, showing off parts of the body that normally stay covered up. Each dress literally does the signature Versace sucker-punch, which makes the whole Atelier Versace Couture spring/summer 2015 collection even more appealing. Donatella Versace has described this collection as being about cuts and the curves of a woman’s body. And in truth, it appears that there are no straight seams to be found in the whole of the series, each dominated with curved designs. Despite including daywear, the whole of the collection seemed to focus more on red carpet-worthy styling, with the hourglass curves on the gorgeous elongates silhouettes creating a vision of winding, undulating and sinuous lines.

Gorgeous black pantsuits which broke apart on one shoulder opened up the Atelier Versace Couture spring/summer 2015 collection, while we were all treated to youthful emoji-embroidered mini dresses with matching knee-length boots, as well as captivating evening gowns with swirling arabesque insets of nude mesh. With few that included beading, this line for the spring/summer seasons has its focus on the cut and the fit of each dress.

Model Natasha Poly presented the first of the collection at the haute couture show on Sunday night, showing off a rather intriguing pantsuit look that fit tight around the hips and want on to fall in a light manner to the floor. The suit jacket appear to be made of two different pieces, at least in terms of cut, with one side chic and sophisticated and the other cut out at the shoulder to reveal smooth skin, a defines collar and a section of the center right side of the chest. Definitely set the tone for the rest of the collection that was to be presented.

The pantsuits themselves are all incredibly tight at the waist, around the hips and the thighs, showing off your curves (or lack of them) with clear intent. Every edge of your hipbones will show, while you bare the top of a single breast along with your shoulder as you have a long sleeve on one side and more of a halter design on the other. The asymmetrical lines and curves are definitely to be applauded.

So typically gorgeous, with batching royal blue suede boots and a puffed A-line skirt, the royal blue full-skirt dress is spectacular in design and articulation of fluid imagination. The cut out at the shoulder over the longer sleeve compliments the sliver of skin that shows below the left bust, as well as the bare arm on the other side. The large belt brings the focus down to the center of the dress and allows the eye to enjoy the curving waves of royal blue fabrics.

Of course, we are treated to sequins as well, in the form of all types of dresses, particularly the red mini that has images that somehow remind us of the sea, curving sequin lines that bring the focus up to the chest, and matching sequin suede boots that certainly look just as amazing as the dress. It’s easy to imagine ourselves donning such pieces.

Prada Pre-Fall 2015 Collection

Fashion

Prada is bringing high school teenagers into the realm of high fashion, introducing the class of the Prada pre-fall 2015 collection to the Italian luxury brand’s amazing designs. Of course, it appears as if Prada is creating a whole new brand of uniforms for these chic young ladies with their terrible hairstyles and freakish shoes that are a combination of tread-soled duck-shoes, trainers and brogues. And then there is Prada’s gorgeous but sober pleated pinafore dresses and utilitarian-classic coats which are the brainchildren of Miuccia Prada, granddaughter of founder father Mario Prada in 1913.

Prada Pre-Fall 2015 CollectionWith the women’s ready-to-wear fashion available since their launch in 1989, the Prada designs became known for their dropped waistlines and narrow belts, clean lines, opulent fabrics and basic colors. The anti-snobbish behaviour of the brand shot it up through the roof in the 1990s, when Prada’s originality made it one of the most influential fashion houses, its focus on the working class turning it into a premium status symbol throughout the decade.

Now, the Prada pre-fall 2015 collection comes with normal, useful pieces in unflashy colors and designs and potential to once again cause a battle between the hordes running to Milan to possess the brand’s plain and simple utilitarian techno-nylon clothes, the cashmere V-necks and everything else they can get their hands on, as was the case in the ‘90s. Some of those old favorites are pulled into the 2015 styles as well, though a new direction seems to be opening up if the blue-red-white tartan coat at the end of the collection offers any information. It’s exciting to see what comes next!

There’s something very masculine about the way the modern recreation of a high school student’s uniform would be like, with an untucked shirt in a professional blue hue, a midi skirt in pleated black and a long knee-length jacket to cover it all up. The bag is large and could easily carry books, while the shoes are certainly nothing fancy, shiny and black and very school-worthy. There’s nothing particularly chic about the look but it is simple, dark and utilitarian, entirely in harmony with the Prada tastes.

Prada Pre-Fall 2015 Collection

Prada Pre-Fall 2015 Collection

Prada Pre-Fall 2015 Collection

For something more coquettish, a little more on the pretty side, but still reminding us of a tomboy trying to dress as a girl, the deep V-neck pleated gray dress with a midi length hem and buckled belt is actually a rather awesome piece for girls like me who enjoy the less than feminine but not quite masculine designs. The shoes are for comfort more than for style it appears, but that are certainly not ugly in the least. The gloves bring a more feminine touch, while the little back will probably to be able to carry much in school products unless we plan on working on tablets.

The red, blue and white tartan coat offered the only bit of color in the whole of Prada pre-fall 2015 collection, with the buckled belt and black shirt underneath keeping to the pre-fall collection’s general theme, while the knee-high boots and French colored designs pointing towards what may be coming up in the future collections. The hair is tied in a high ponytail, but there’s something quite appealing about this look that piques our curiosity. It’s certainly a piece worth adding to the pre-fall wardrobe this year and perhaps we’ll be able to keep wearing it into 2016, should the tartan look suddenly become a prominent design for Prada’s upcoming lines of products.
